Massage and Spa Services and Salon
Based on the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce, all services provided at the center are subject to the following terms and conditions:
First: Cancellations and Refunds
1. Early Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel the reservation and refund the paid amount (or part of it) provided that the center is notified at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation by the Center: If the center is unable to provide the service due to technical or administrative reasons, the customer has the right to a full refund of the paid amount without any deductions.
3. After Service Execution: According to the nature of the services provided by the center (massage - Moroccan bath - pedicure - Jacuzzi - barber salon), the customer cannot claim a refund after the service has started or has been actually utilized.
Second: Offers, Packages, and Coupons
1. Validity Period: All prepaid coupons and packages are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice issuance, and they are automatically canceled after this period. The consumer has no right to claim their value afterward.
2. Package Segmentation: If part of the package has been used, the remaining value cannot be refunded in cash, but it can be utilized within the validity period.
Third: Fees and Financial Transactions
1. Electronic Payment Fees: When requesting a refund for transactions made via deferred or installment payment methods (such as Tamara, Tapy, Madfoo3, MIS PAY), the customer acknowledges bearing any administrative fees or payment gateway charges deducted by the service provider.
2. Transfer Mechanism: Refunds are processed through the same original payment method only, and the banking processing time ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank's policy.
General Notices:
1. Paying for the service is considered an acknowledgment of agreement to the above terms and conditions.
2. The center has the right to modify these policies in accordance with local regulations, with notification to customers of any significant changes.
